Unlike Century pole tents, the ClearSpan structure is specifically designed for long-term installations. With sturdy top fabric and ketered and laced sidewalls, it is engineered for higher wind capacity and designed to be in place for an extended period of time, such as several months. Whether you need increased warehouse, manufacturing, or other building space, with installation time a fraction of that of constructing a new building or addition (often only 3 – 7 days depending on the size and weather), the ClearSpan structure tent is a more cost-effective and more versatile solution.
The ClearSpan structure satisfies the requirements of the American Society of Civil Engineers 7-93: Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and other Structures Standards. It is also engineered and manufactured in accordance with:
- The Uniform Building Code (UBC)
- Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA)
- The Southern Building Code Congress International Standard Building Code (SBCC1-SBC)
- The Southern Florida Building Code (SFBC).
